1.Listed below are the Terms and Conditions of The Anchor Inn Tempsford Limited (The Vanilla Alternative). No alterations or variations to these Terms and Conditions shall be binding unless agreed in writing by The Anchor Inn Tempsford Limited (The Vanilla Alternative)
2.The Anchor Inn Tempsford Limited (The Vanilla Alternative) reserves the right to make changes to the services and activities advertised for any reason and without notice. The Co. retains the rights to refuse accommodation of participants that are deemed as unsuitable condition. This is in the interests of safety to self and others. The Co. does not accept responsibility for the loss or damage to any personal customer property whilst onsite. The Co. does not accept responsibility for loss or damage to customer vehicles. Vehicles and their contents are left at their owner’s risk.
3.The Co. reserves the right to refuse admittance or to remove a participant from the premises should it be deemed necessary to do so. This includes any customer whose behaviour is considered antisocial and/or unsafe to themselves or others, or who is thought to be under the influence of alcohol or drugs. The decision of the Duty Manager on all matters of admittance will be final. Your membership can be withdrawn at any time without recompense. Refusal of entry
4.The Co. reserves the right to refuse entry or remove from the premises any person causing wilful damage to the facilities, fixtures, fittings or other property of The Co. Any party engaging in such behaviour will be liable to pay for the rectification, remedy and all damages caused. This includes any damage caused by misuse of equipment and/or failure to comply to supplied guidance and/or instructions.
5.For health and safety reasons and to allow for safe management of other customers The Co. reserves the right to refuse entry to late arrivals.
6.No refunds or compensation will be payable by The Co. in the event that any participant is not permitted to, refused permission or decides not to undertake or complete a booking. You agree that if you have a question or concern about the Services, you will contact us first, prior to initiating any legal proceeding. Our customer support team will try to answer your question or resolve your concern.

Terms of Booking
1.Please read this document carefully before making a booking. The terms and conditions of use of this site relate to bookings made at the Anchor Inn Tempsford Ltd. (The Vanilla Alternative)
2.Overnight Check In/Out All guests can check into their room from 5.00pm on the day of arrival and will be required to check out by 11.30 am on the day of departure.
3.All offers of accommodation and other services featured on the Vanilla Alternative sites are subject to availability and there is a limited allocation of rooms available to all offers. The right is reserved to decline bookings. You cannot combine any special offer, rate or promotion on this site with any other special offer, no two special offers can be combined on the same booking. All guests must be of a minimum age of 21.
4.Prices - All prices are in pounds sterling. The prices featured are per room per night unless specified otherwise. These prices include accommodation in the room type as described including VAT.
5.Children - Under no circumstances are children allowed on the premises at any times.
6.We take every care to ensure that at the time of going to print, the details in our literature were accurate regarding the description and information about facilities available or planned to be available. Our photographs are intended for general guidance only. There may be occasions when advertised services or facilities need to be withdrawn temporarily due to repair, adverse weather conditions or other factors out of our control.
7.The hotel is only for event attendees, it is therefore a requirement for an event ticket to be purchased at the time of booking a hotel room.
8.Cancellations / Amendments by us
In the unlikely event that we must change or cancel your reservation, we reserve the right to do so. If this does arise you can
- accept the changed arrangements as notified;
- make an alternative arrangement with us; or
- cancel your reservation and receive a full refund of any monies paid.
9.Parking On-site parking is ample and FREE.
Animals and Pets Dogs and Cats are allowed to accompany you; however, you accept full responsibility for any damage
caused to the room / bedding and venue.
Insurance We advise you to take out insurance to cover the cost of cancellation and other risks including personal loss, accident, and personal public liability.
1.All our bedrooms are strictly non-smoking. Smoking in one of our bedrooms will incur a charge of £150 which will be added to your bill.
2.For guests who would like to smoke, we have made provision outside the hotel - and although it is not a comfortable lounge, with cosy chairs, we do hope that you will find that the shelter and protection from the elements we have provided for you make this an acceptable solution.
Behaviour on our premises You must make sure that members of your party, on our premises behave in such a way that they do not cause a nuisance or unreasonable disruption to The Anchor Inn Tempsford Limited, our employees or anyone else using our venue.
1.You are not permitted to invite or admit onto the premises, anyone that is not registered to attend. If you wish to play in the privacy of your hotel room with a club visitor, feel free to do so, however, for reasons of safety and especially in the case of a fire
ALL NON-RESIDENTS must be back in the main club prior to closing time without exception or agreement from the management.
2.Although you are welcome to bring with you drinks / food to your hotel room. It is not permitted for you to consume these in the club. Should you be found to be ignoring this rule, a £150 corkage fee will be payable to the Co. and could result in membership being withdrawn.
3.When you have decided to retire to the onsite hotel, please ensure your bar tab is cleared before leaving the club.
4.Should any of the members of your party refuse to or appear to be unable to alter any aspect of behaviour which is unacceptable to us, we reserve the right to terminate the stay of the person(s) involved or all the party.
5.You agree to pay any loss or liability of any kind to us or any other person caused by members of your party. If any damage caused by your party prevents bedrooms or other facilities being used whilst damage is made good, you will be charged for any revenue lost during this period. We advise that you are fully insured against all losses or liabilities.
6.We cannot accept responsibility for loss of or damage to property or vehicles belonging to you or your party, however caused. This includes deliveries received by us on your behalf or on behalf of other parties attending an event.
Queries In the unlikely event that you have a concern during your stay you must bring it to the attention of the Management at the time, to ensure that we have an opportunity to rectify the issue. If you are not satisfied that the issue has been resolved, please submit the details in writing within 28 days of your return, to: Customer Services, The Anchor Inn Tempsford Ltd, Great North Road, Bedfordshire. Question: Do you have parking at the Vanilla Alternative?
Answer: Yes, we have free parking across the site within easy access of the Hotel and Venue.
- Question: What are the check-in and check-out times at the Hotel?
Answer: Guests can arrive for Check-in from 5:00 pm and we ask you to check out by 11:30 am on day of departure.
- Question: What are the check-in and check-out times at the Club?
Answer: The Club opens and closes at the advertised times of each event, advertised on the website.
- Question: What is your cancellation policy?
Answer: All Hotel rooms and entry fees are prepayable at the time of booking, no refunds or transfers to any other person or any other date is permissible.

Shuttle Bus1.By booking the shuttle bus service you agree to the following:
1.1.You agree to be available at the time selected on your booking. The shuttle bus will not wait for you so as not to inconvenience other guests awaiting collection.
1.2.The shuttle bus will pick you up from the hotel you have chosen on your booking. Please make sure that you select the correct hotel carefully, we cannot be held responsible if you give us the wrong location and cannot guarantee that we will be able to come and get you as the shuttle runs on a schedule that, if full, can collect you on the next trip. If a genuine error has been made, please do call us and we will try our hardest to amend or rearrange your collection for that date.
1.3.No recompense will be made for incorrect bookings
2.If the booking includes a return drop off to one of the local hotels listed below. When you are ready to leave the venue. Please pay your bar tab and tell reception that you are booked for a return shuttle. The reception staff will book you onto the next available shuttle bus.
3.You are not permitted to re-enter the club once you have secured your shuttle bus drop off. If you are not available in reception for the return journey, it will be assumed you have secured alternative means to your destination. Should you not be available when the shuttle is ready to leave and you are booked onto it, we will endeavour to get you onto the next available journey although this may not always be possible. No recompense will be made for your disappearance

c. Wyboston Lakes. Waterfront/ willows/ woodlands.

There may be occasions when advertised services or facilities need to be withdrawn temporarily due to repair, adverse weather conditions or other factors out of our control.
Application Process1.All membership applications are reviewed by the management of the venue. You will receive a response within 72 hours maximum.
2.You will be required to either, upload photo ID verification to fully activate your account at the time or bring photo ID with you on your first visit to activate your account fully. If you fail to verify your submitted details your application will be removed from the system without recompense. If you have booked any hotel accommodation or event tickets and fail to verify your details as required, you are at risk of being refused entry and no recompense will be made for this.
3.Should membership be fully subscribed at the time of your application, you will be notified and no charge will be made for registration until a place becomes available.
Membership Rules 1.Couple Membership
- You can attend only with the persons named on that membership account
- You may NOT attend as a ‘’Single’’ if you hold a ‘’Couples’’ account
- The account will only allow you to purchase a Couples Ticket
- To attend as a ‘’Single’’, please register a singles account, you will need a separate email address, separate from the Couples account.
- ‘’Couples’’ do not have to pre book, however, many events are sold out, in which case, without a pre-paid ticket, we would not be able guarantee access as a walk in.
- Guests are not permitted with any member
2.Single Membership (Female)
- Single Membership (Female) –
- You may NOT attend as a ‘’Couple’’ if you hold a ‘’Single’’ account
- The account will only allow you to purchase a Single Female ticket
- To attend as a ‘’Couple’’, please register a Couple account, you will need a separate email address, separate from the Single female account.
- ‘’Single Females’’ do not have to pre book, however, many events are sold out, in which case, without a pre-paid ticket, we would not be able guarantee access as a walk in.
- Guests are not permitted with any member
3.Single Membership (Male)
- You may NOT attend as a ‘’Couple’’ if you hold a ‘’Single’’ account
- The account will only allow you to purchase a Single Male ticket
- To attend as a ‘’Couple’’, please register a Couple account, you will need a separate email address, separate from the Single female account.
- ‘’Single Males’’ must Pre-Book, this is because we limit the number of Males on our events. To ensure the ratios of booked Couples / females remain
- Single Males are unable to book on Saturday Evenings.
- Guests are not permitted with any member
4.Single Membership (Trans)
- You may NOT attend as a ‘’Couple’’ if you hold a ‘’Single’’ account
- The account will only allow you to purchase a Trans ticket
- To attend as a ‘’Couple’’, please register a Couple account, you will need a separate email address, separate from the Single female account.
- ‘Trans’’ do not have to pre book, however, many events are sold out, in which case, without a pre-paid ticket, we would not be able guarantee access as a walk in.
5.2 x Singles (Couple up)
- You may ‘’Couple up” as 2 singles to our events,
- You both must have active memberships, and both have in date membership subscriptions
- You must arrive and leave at the same time as you will be as a ‘’Couple’’
- Single Males are unable to use this facility as it would jeopardise the ratios of Male / female.
Right To Refuse1.We reserve the right to refuse entry at all times or insist you leave if your behaviour or attitude is detrimental to the venue or its staff and visitors.
Prices and Payment1.The Vanilla Alternative reserves the right to change its prices and tariffs at any time. As much notice as possible will be given should a change in price occur
- If price changes do occur, existing bookings will not be affected.
2.All payments are taken in GBP £ and are taken under UK governing law.
3.By booking and paying you are entering into an agreement with The Anchor Inn Tempsford Ltd
Refunds and Transfers1.All bookings are full and final,
2.no transfers or refunds are available unless the Co. has to cancel your booking for reasons beyond our control. You will receive a full refund. Under these circumstances.
Gift Vouchers1.Gift vouchers can be purchased through the site. You will be emailed a link, to print the gift vouchers off yourself.
2.To redeem your gift voucher

- Enter the Gift voucher code on the booking summary page. You must pay for any remaining balance on your order with another payment method. You can also redeem your gift voucher for any event at reception.
- Any balance remaining will be carried forward to your next booking
- Gift Vouchers ("GCs") may be used only for the purchase of eligible products on
3.GC balances must be used within 2 years of the date of purchase.
4.GCs cannot be transferred for value or redeemed for cash.
5.GCs are issued by The Vanilla Alternative is not responsible if a GC is lost, stolen, destroyed or used without permission.
